Opened in June 2014, Rustico is a rustic Spanish tapas and wine bar, serving traditional Catalan favourites with a modern twist. Seating 78 people, it occupies 2,000 sq ft, with furnished brick walls and large windows opening up to a dynamic street view of Lai Chi Kok. Helmed by Spanish Chef Carlos Salvador Asenio, Rustico strives to present an unrivalled dining experience with a taste of Barcelona, one of the most celebrated food capitals of the world.
