Food Lab is a “farm-to-fork” restaurant that serves contemporary healthy Cuisines, using local farm-fresh and natural ingredients. As the name implies, the essence of Food Lab is “curiosity” and “experimentation”.
Our experts in “Green Food” and Biological Agriculture want to promote a “locavore” Culture and encourage everyone to rediscover and to understand “Good Food”, so that we, as a community, can reconnect with lands and waters where all our food is grown and is coming from. And we believe, healthy food is the best “Natural Medicine”! Eat consciously to nourish your body in a peaceful atmosphere and in a green environment. Our Chefs, with different backgrounds and experiences and because they share “East & West Cultures”, create the “Food for Tomorrow”, by using traditional or innovative cooking methods.
