In addition to serving traditional dishes, the restaurant also provides creative fusion series combing the mastery of Chinese and Western Japanese cooking techniques.
Its signature dish is Crispy Pork Knuckle: using thin pork knuckle from Canada marinated with fried lemongrass, mustard seeds and a dozen of spices for two days, followed with boiling and then baking for 15 minutes and frying. The whole cooking process makes the meat tender and the skin remains crispy. Sweet honey mustard sauce accompanies it to balance the oily taste.
